Wilson's Phalarope was seen late afternoon from about 5.30, from Geelbek hide. I first started off next to brown sandbank next to reedbed on right larger island. Scope views. Binos good enough for seeing feeding style. As tide went our it moved with the water.

We spent a few hours at Geelbek yesterday afternoon in perfect wader watching conditions and unfortunately could not find the Wilson’s Phalarope. Huge numbers of waders around though, so it is hopefully still somewhere out there!
